1. Delivery Regions

 

We currently ship to all 54 African countries and selected international destinations. Delivery availability may vary depending on the product and location.

2. Processing Time

 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

 

 

3. Delivery Time Estimates

  • Local (within your country): 3–7 business days

  • Regional (within Africa): 7–14 business days

  • International (outside Africa): 10–21 business days

 

 

Note: These are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, location, or courier disruptions.

 

4. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by destination, weight, and shipping method. Some products may qualify for free shipping.

 

 

5. Customs & Import Duties

 

 

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes required by their country.

 

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery may incur additional charges. Please double-check your details before confirming.
