We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

 

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

 

Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or custom production. This includes:

 

  • Opened personal care products (e.g., oils, soaps)

  • Custom or made-to-order products

 

 

 

3. Refunds

 

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

 

 

4. Exchanges

 

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@afrimarket.africa.

 

 

5. Return Shipping

 

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
